We do not share your contact information with any third party. We do not collect or store your credit card information.
Payment and Shipping
We accept all credit card payments through Visa and MasterCard, and Net Banking from all major banks and online Wallets like PayTm etc. We use CC Avenues’ payment gateway.

You will appreciate that we are based in rural Kumaon where logistics are slightly more challlenging than other parts of the country especially the urban ones. We currently use India Post to ship your order. It typically takes us 3-4 days to process/dispatch your order. India post takes 7-10 days (depending on the location) to get it to your doorstep. Of course, in these days of COVID / lockdowns, deliveries might be delayed.
In case your area becomes a containment zone after you have placed your order, please do let us know (especially if it is within the next 3-4 days). We will then hold your order and dispatch once shipping is resumed for your area, to ensure that your products arrive safely.

Yes. Since we use India Post, we charge an approximate fee based on the weight of your order.

Returns
Once we get your order we start shipping right away. So please make sure you are buying something which you like and then make a purchase.
Since most of our products are agri-products, we are currently not accepting returns. However, in the rare situation that your order is received in a damaged condition, or if you have not received the correct items, please write to us immediately at info@kgu.org.in and we shall rectify the situation.
