Finger millet is a flavourful grain with a high protein content. On sprouting, the nutrients in this millet become bio available, making them easier to digest and also increasing the nutrition profile. Sprouting helps the calcium in finger millets increase as much as 20 percent, and iron as much as 10 times. The flavour also intensifies, adding a natural sweetness to the flour. Makes fantastically flavourful breads and parathas.

We are based out of mountainous Himalayas (close to 7,000 feet) in Uttarakhand where connectivity and logistics are a challenge. Our orders are sent out via Speed Post or courier and should reach in about 7 days after you place your order.
