Apricot Chutney

Good to know facts: Apricots are fruits whose tartness increases when heat is applied. In our jam making process, cutting and chopping are done by hand, ensuring that the fruit retains its maximum sweetness right until the cooking stage. Allowing us to use minimal sugar to give you the maximum flavour of this delicious fruit.

All of it sitting atop a bed of pine needles that remind you of the Himalayas. A small memory of long walks in redolent pine forests from where you perhaps carried back beautiful pine cones and these springy pine needles that create the perfect environment friendly packaging for our warmth.
